Marie Romani has a background in aerobics, group training and dance and started teaching also yoga 18 years ago. She has, since the first yoga teacher training, explored different styles of yoga and training, always with great curiosity and an open mind, continuously wanting to learn more and dive deeper.
Working also as a business analyst and educator the way into the world of yoga started when stress and too many hours in front of the computer had put strain on her back, shoulders and neck. Yoga helped; both body and mind and the passion for yoga and knowledge grew. Her passion is to get to know the best of worlds; asana, philosophy, meditation, embodied movement, to integrate intuition and ancient knowledge with modern science and the circumstances we live in today – Yoga for the modern people.
Marie wants to share her experience of being a compulsive high performer with the pressure to deliver, juggling the family, ego, many interests, and life that happen. How yoga can give you the tools to find the true you, see what is important in life, and how to stay strong yet soft, joyful yet calm and to shine bright in your own power.
Marie loves creativity, the feeling of working muscles, embodied movement, dance, music, big hearts and to dive deep into herself and the greatness of nature.
If you can find your full effortless power in warrior
If you can find your softness, playfulness and own rhythm in free movement
If you can find the courage to try a handstand or bakasana
If you can look into your own heart in meditation
If you can be true to yourself on the yoga mat
If you can be curious about your own imperfections
If you can laugh at your own shortcomings
If you can have patience and compassion with yourself
If you can be determined
If you can find your own authentic movement, emerging from the inside
If you can show yourself love…
Then there is a good chance you can transfer all that knowledge into your daily life and share it with others… let others be all that…
Share that Glow of yours and make the world a better place…

Moa Westman is the social psychologist who discovered how the yoga touches us not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Moa has worked as a yoga teacher since 2011 and she work as a full-time yoga teacher in Umeå at Yogastudion.
With Moa as a teacher, there will always be a playful glimpse under the yoga classes. Playfulness and joy are something that comes automatically in everything she does, combined with a depth from her experiences and life knowledge. In Moas classes you will experience how the philosophy from the east meet the science from the west, which will allow the yoga practice to touch us even deeper.
”Yoga is such a great tool for meeting ourselves, our habits and thinking patterns. It feels valuable and important for me to show my students that it's okay to be human - that we can work with ourselves and our flaws, and maybe we do not have to take them too seriously. Instead, we can see them as part of the wonderful thing of being who we are”.
500 h Global Yoga, 100 h Authentic Flow.

Moa has studied anatomy, biomechanics and physiologi at Yogayama and Umeå University.

Satu has been teaching for over 15 years and is known for her very unique and authentic transmission. Borrowing the words of one of her students: " Satu`s classes leave you with "what the hell just happened?". Its beyond yoga, its a LIFE a LOVE a REALIZATION class" She charms with her intuitive instructions and a big love for classical tantric teachings, goddess vibe, humor, loving adjustments, Reiki and clear understanding of human body and how everybody is unique.
Satu has a background in dancing (ballet) and basketball. She fell in love with yoga in her teens and started teaching almost immediately. Satu has studied two different 200h trainings in vinyasa flow and Hatha, she is immersed in Anusara yoga, continued also with two advanced trainings (300h), the latest with her main, and very loved, pioneering teachers Scott Lyons and Tara Judelle, And has studied and taught yin yoga since 2007.
Satu used to study with Tiffany Cruikshank and has also participated in the offerings of Elena Brower. She is grateful for the amazing knowledge of foundational anatomy that Tiffany taught her and the courage to face her fears and "kicks in the butt" that Elena offered so generously.
Satu has been facilitating trainings Since 2010 and has had the privilege to teach and offer workshops, retreats, trainings and classes around the world from Hawaii to Bali. She mainly teaches in Europe and is based in Stockholm.
Satu is currently studying devotional contemplative tantra and meditation with Sally Kempton, shamanism with Sandra Ingerman, The Anatomy of a Centered Body with Donna Farhi, Parayoga with Rod Stryker and she will also become a movement therapist in January 2018. Now the Helsinki Studio is one of the most popular yoga studios in Finland. Its the first ever, and only, donation based studio, where people pay directly to the teacher teaching the class, not the studio. At least in Finland.
Now we are moving forward with this mission and opened Pranama in Stockholm (www.pranama.yoga)
