Good morning on this beautiful monday and happy FULL MOON.
We just had a great training weekend here in Stockholm and as we were marveling in the amazingness of our teacher training group (how can it almost always be so that it becomes like your second family, eh?) we wanted to find a way to share even a little bit of the magic we witness when we get together.
Every time we meet and practice together in the Embodied way there is a huge shift in energy and in healing. No matter what has been happening in our lives, when we get back into our "group mind" its all healed and like one of our trainees, Inka, said, you just feel "enLIGHTened". That is actually exactly what Embodied Flow™ is all about, practices to be enlightened. Im so grateful to be witnessing this shift to unity happen e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e. Its just amazing!
So, this is it, we want share what it is for us. What it is to practice Embodied Flow™.
This is not your ordinary "Instagram challenge" where you will go through a collection of poses etc. That is a part of yoga, but just a small part. This is about something deeper than that. This is about what yoga really is. At least the way we practice it. When you look at a photo of an asana, for example, you see the alignment from the outside, You see a map. But what is happening on the inside? What is happening in your bones, muscles, organs etc.? Are you thinking about, actually, the names of the muscles, but not the felt sense of them? Are you aligning yourself from outside in? Are you trying to put yourself on the "map"? Well, don`t. Go IN the map and practice being, sensing, feeling and touching. Embody.
