Cancellation & Refund policy.

Whether this is your first time joining us, or you continue to study and retreat with us - we’re so thankful that you keep on trusting us in your study, education, travel, yoga, and retreat experience.

We strive for inclusiveness and high-quality offerings that are available for all. Our goal is for you to have an enchanted and profound experience with us along every step of our journey together, from the first email exchange to the last goodbye hug.

Because of the recent pandemic and tightening policies of retreat centers and hotels, we have decided to get even clearer with ours as well.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY CANNOT BE MADE FOR ANY REASON, EVER.

GENERAL

There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, bankruptcy, or change of mind. For the sake of fairness and inclusion, this applies to everyone including friends / family.

If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any reason, including but not limited to loss of job, travel bans, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, training/retreat/workshop fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.

Also, if you arrive late or need to leave a training or retreat early, or you will be missing training days online and you will not receive certification. You will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your training/retreat/workshop online or in person.

We strongly recommend purchasing at least a travel cancellation insurance and health insurance that covers a sudden illness etc.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. In the event of such dismissal, no refunds will be made for travel, meal, or accommodation packages booked or the training.

Please note that some trainings will be recorded in zoom online sessions and this material will also be used in future trainings for educational purposes.

YOUR DEPOSIT

We require a 600€ deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy, for any reason. For the sake of fairness and inclusion, this applies to everyone including friends / family.

INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a purchase. If booking an in-person training or a retreat, we strongly recommend that you get travel cancellation insurance and an extension to your health insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
